AMC is a service agreement from EPS Generators through which we provide scheduled services to any generator for ensuring trouble free operation. Through this contract, our clients are entitled for scheduled maintenance of the generator sets, it can be 12 visits or quarterly preventive maintenance visits with major service depending upon the usage of generator. EPS Generators provides immediate response either by phone or e-mail to any of our clients’ queries related to maintenance of the generator sets. Our Service Team will respond in a stipulated time to fix the specific fault / problem along with routine maintenance check-up. Routine maintenance is carried out by EPS Generators for the contracted months and mutually agreed schedules. Our Service Team will visit the site based on prior schedule to carry out a full system check of your generator set along with a full Test Report for each visit. Emergency support is available 24/7 by our Team to handle any critical situation.

GENERATOR OVERHAUL

EPS Generators Team is highly skilled for any kind of overhauling for major types of engines, we use latest tools & equipment to diagnose, repair and replace any faulty parts to restore the engine condition like new using genuine spare parts. We are capable of overhauling engines in short time as our Engineers have field experience of over a decade in the industry.

LOAD BANK TESTING
